ME, Me and more me...

 



I've started my diet plan.
Not very successful thou.
But no matter what, NO ICE CREAM, NO FRIED CHICKEN AND NO CHOCOLATE.
Sigh, I have surrender my Merci Chocolate to mom in order to succeed my diet plan.
I can do it.
I MUST DO IT!!!!

My aim, lose 10kg in 3 months. Not too greedy right....
Kenny lost 30kg in 6 month.
So, I can do it too.....!!!!

Mr Ice, can you please don't talk to me anything about ice cream anymore?
Can you please don't inform me about new launching of Hagen Daze's ice cream?
I understand that other than ice cream, we have nothing more to talk, but we can try to talk about movie? cartoon? Erm.... Fashion show? There's many more for us to talk about right? At least I think we have something to talk about... right? Right? RIGHT???!!!!


I wanna see transformation in me!!!!! As in, from XXXL to XXXS....!!! Mwahahahhahah.....

Yes,its possible to do some.

I was once lost 10kgs in 1 month due to a challenge and reward system with my mom. I have to lose 10kgs in 1 month,sharp. Of course i didnt get to,but i lost 8.5kgs in 1 month time. We eat breakfast as normal,lunch avoid eat fried food or fast food which contribute the most. Its okay to eat char siew rice or fried kuey teow but with the condition half of the amout. For dinner avoid eat rice and only eat meat and vege. If its possible,grab some chicken chop or steak from supermarket,stock in fridge. Only eat these for dinner.

I've lost so much weight not only control my food,and is to exercise as well. Everynite before i sleep i did cycle on my stationary bike for 2 hours. Start from 30 minutes to 1 hour,then pull and pull longer as our stamina grows. Most importantly is,know what to eat. Meat and vege is definately good,not rice or noodle. Alot ppl mistunderstoon about it,they thot that chicken will make u fat. Somehow they provide energy. So avoid carbo.
